Shipping Policy

The next best thing to ordering a product from us is them arriving on your doorstep and we're keen to get them to you as soon as we can! 

Please read our Shipping Policy and frequently asked questions:

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! Please enter your address on the checkout page to know the shipping cost for your chosen destination. 

When can I expect to receive my product?

We engage the services of fast couriers and attempt to get the products to you as soon as possible.  You'll be pleasantly surprised that our products arrive sooner rather than later, but typically our shipping times are as below:

  • Australian delivery should be within 3-7 business days
  • International delivery should be between 7-30 business days

We do offer expedited shipping for orders within Australia.  Once the order is processed, the expedited orders should be delivered between 2-4 days. Please see our product page for up-to-date shipping information.

 

Is it safely packed for international shipping?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide and it is our job to make sure the products get to you in perfect condition.

Can I track my package?

As soon as your products are shipped, we will contact you with a tracking number so that you can track your package as it comes to you!

What happens if there is a delay?

Our aim is to deliver the product to your location as soon as we can because we are so keen for you to enjoy the product as much as we do!  However, sometimes there are delays that are out of our control.  Please keep an eye on your tracking and if you're concerned about the delay, just get in touch with our team so we can investigate this for you.  We're happy to help and follow this up for you.

What happens if I add the incorrect address?

If, during the checkout process, you have added an incorrect address, we ask that you get in touch with our support team as soon as you can. Please send us your order number and the correct address in your email.

If the package has not yet been processed, we'll be able to update this for you.
However, if the package is already on the way, we will not be able to edit these details. 

Sometimes in these circumstances, the package is returned to seller (due to an incorrect address), and if so, we will be able to reship your order. Please notify us if the tracking indicates that the package has been returned to sender.

It may be possible for you to intercept or collect your package. However, if you are unable to do so, Dig8tal Pty Ltd will not be able to refund or replace the products. Our team would still like to help you as much as we can, so please do get in touch so that we are aware of the situation and we'll see what we can do.

Missing or lost packages

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or can no longer be tracked. If your tracking does not update, just get in touch with our support team so that we can follow this up for you.

If the package has been delivered to you, but you have not received it, you will need to contact the shipping company that delivered your item and you may also report your missing package.  Also, remember to check your own residence and with your neighbors just in case it was left in an unusual place. The tracking will often indicate the location where the package was left.  Dig8tal Pty Ltd is not able to offer a refund on a package that was delivered, but not received, but we are happy to be involved and please email so that we can also follow this for you.
