Delivery
Orders ship from NZ stock. Local delivery within New Zealand typically takes 3–7 business days. International delivery takes 7–30 business days. Yes — free standard shipping on every order within New Zealand, with no minimum spend. You get tracking as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Response time
We answer every message within 24 hours on business days. Tickets logged over a weekend are picked up on Monday morning.
Returns
Don’t post anything back before you hear from us — start it through the contact form and we’ll tell you where to send it. Items returned without an approved request can’t be accepted.
